Ring Guide Manufacturing & Assembly
See 28 real SANJ workshop photographs: ring guide batches, oval track assemblies, curved paths, carriage details and an upright track example.
Manufacturing starts with the rail profile and the equipment interfaces. A component that fits the catalogue drawing still needs the correct mounting support, joint alignment and carriage setting in the final machine.

Working faces and rail geometry
The supplied product catalogue describes hardened T- and V-profile working faces and precision CNC guide-rail grinding. The rail body remains machinable for suitable mounting and connection work. Material, heat treatment and surface finish must be stated in the project specification.
Matched mechanical interfaces
Curved sections, straight sections, rollers and carriage plates are reviewed as a system. Joint preparation, alignment datums and fastener access should be checked before assembly rather than left to installation.
Define what is supplied
Specify individual components, matched rail and carriage sets, a mechanical conveyor module or a driven assembly. Motor, gearbox, PLC, guarding and commissioning responsibilities should be itemised in the agreed scope.
Release against an approved drawing
Confirm dimensions, finish, quantity, marking, inspection records and packaging in the order documents. A project-specific acceptance plan provides a useful basis for both factory checks and machine integration.
