Ring Guide & Custom Track FAQs

Answers about custom ring guides, rail series, track layouts, model dimensions, positioning requirements and the information needed for a SANJ quotation.

Catalogue-based product concept

Can SANJ make a custom ring guide or conveyor?

Yes. Start with the footprint, path geometry, total moving load, station process and required cycle. Catalogue rails can be reviewed within a custom assembly; the final configuration is confirmed in a project drawing.

Which rail series are listed?

T25GR, T23-24, GV25C, GV44C, GV50C and GV76C. The site includes 33 curved rail model rows plus the corresponding straight rail and carriage drawings.

Are oval, rectangular and vertical layouts available?

These three transportation layouts are shown in the supplied product material. Dimensions, carriage count, drive scope and interfaces are configured for the application.

Can I choose a rail from payload alone?

No. Include the fixture mass, centre of gravity, moment loads, acceleration and forces applied at each station. The rail, rollers, carriage and supporting structure must be checked together.

Is ±0.05 mm an accuracy rating for every product?

No. The company brochure mentions secondary positioning accuracy in an overall system context. A project target needs a defined mechanism, datum, load and test procedure.

Can I download model dimensions?

Yes. Use the dimension table on the series page or the CSV on Technical Downloads. A blank source cell remains unspecified and requires drawing confirmation.

What do you need for a quotation?

Send the layout, fixture envelope and weight, process forces, station count and pitch, move and dwell times, positioning requirement, environment, quantity and required supply scope.

How is the quotation confirmed?

The quotation and order documents should identify the drawing revision, components, drive and control boundaries, performance requirements, inspection method and delivery terms.
